At Zyra Weaves, we take great care in delivering high-quality ethnic suits, Anarkali dresses, and women’s apparel. Every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Returns will only be accepted if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- A return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product via email at support@zyraweaves.com with clear images of the product and packaging.
1.2 Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Size, fit, or color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
- Minor fabric irregularities, natural dye variations, or weaving patterns (these are not considered defects).
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
- Customized, discounted, or sale items.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refunds will be processed only if:
- The returned product is verified and approved by our Quality Check Team.
- The return meets the eligibility conditions stated in Section 1.
2.2 Refund Method:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
- COD Orders: Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after bank details are shared by the customer.
2.3 Zyra Weaves reserves the right to deduct shipping/handling charges from the refund amount.
3. Exchanges
3.1 At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
4.2 In rare cases of product unavailability or technical error, Zyra Weaves reserves the right to cancel an order and initiate a full refund.
5. Shipping of Returns
5.1 Customers must self-ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
5.2 Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/defective item).
5.3 Zyra Weaves is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Zyra Weaves’ liability is limited only to the value of the product purchased.
6.2 We shall not be responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or customer negligence.
7. Dispute Resolution
