4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Attempts
6.1 Our courier partner will make two (2) delivery attempts. If the package is not received, it will be returned to our warehouse.
6.2 Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Risk & Responsibility
7.1 Zyra Weaves is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, or any force majeure events.
7.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse.
7.3 Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Incorrect/incomplete addresses may result in failed deliveries, for which Zyra Weaves will not be held liable.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
8.1 If your package is delivered in a tampered or damaged condition, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at support@zyraweaves.com.
8.2 Any claims for missing items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging.
9. Non-Delivery Issues
9.1 If the courier confirms successful delivery but the customer disputes receipt, Zyra Weaves will not be held liable once proof of delivery (POD) is provided by the courier.
9.2 In such cases, customers must follow up directly with the courier partner.
10. Governing Law
